Through our core Christian values of Love, Trust and Forgiveness, we celebrate, nurture and challenge each unique child in order that they are inspired by the world around them, have confidence to believe in themselves and in others and achieve the best they possibly can.

  • Be able to lead and motivate colleagues to achieve the highest standards of teaching and learning and hold them to account for progress and attainment;
  • Be experienced in coaching colleagues and can demonstrate the impact of coaching on the quality of teaching;
  • Have the ability to think strategically and to lead initiatives effectively and monitor and evaluate the impact of actions taken;
  • Be an excellent communicator with all;
